Exchange policy

You can exchange an item within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided it meets all the conditions below:

1. Unworn
2. Undamaged
3. Unwashed
4. Original tags attached
5. Purchased on Sainté Couture's official website,whatsapp or tiktok account.
6. Sale or promotional items may be exchanged within 14 days, but not refunded

Refund Policy

You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify, the item must be in original condition and meet the following requirements:

1. Unworn
2. Undamaged
3. Unwashed
4. Original price tags attached
5. No refunds on jewellery or sale/promotional items

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
It is the customer’s responsibility to present the exact same bank card used for the
purchase, matching the last 4 digits. Refunds cannot be processed to a different card or
payment method.
